DELIVERY POLICY

If your item arrives damaged during transit - we will contact the delivery service used and deal with them directly to resolve the issue, in the mean time a replacement will be sent out promptly or refund (minus shipping) will be issued to you on your request. 

DELIVERY DETAILS

When we recieve your order our system will slot your order into the next available space to be prepared. Confirmation of delivery will be sent to you along with a picture of the item sent.

Next day delivery for:

- Rural

- Rest of the North Island

PAYMENT METHOD

Payments can be made via Cash on pick-up, Credit/debit card through this site or over the phone & Banking transfer prior to delivery date.  We use the very secure STRIPE to process CC & DC to ensure the safety and privacy of your details.  We are also GST registered & create accounts for businesses to purchase items and be invoiced for them.
